The team at Breadbox Marketing and PR recently teamed up with Rhys Kelly, Director of Fabric Property with clear goals in mind, to be a leading company in the new property development field.

Breadbox was approached by Kelly, to develop a brand for his high-end boutique apartment company, which is focused on the customer and delivering living spaces which are simple, liveable, and built to last. Fabric Property lead the way in property design, with thoughtfully developed architectural choices to make a house a home.

‘We wanted to truly deliver a well-though out, strong brand with our company Making it clear to our customers what we stand for, and the thought and time we put into designing and developing the apartments we sell’ Said Kelly.

‘Understanding what a homebuyer wants is essential, so we teamed up with Breadbox to ensure our potential clients knew what we stood for. Ultimately, we delivered a clear message which portrays what we believe in. Quality apartments which are built to last’ Kelly continued.

Breadbox Marketing and PR took a forward approach to the task, developing a brand which was reflective of the employees of the company which would in term create a strong branding, recognisable by potential homebuyers.

Emma Potter, Director and Brand Strategist of Breadbox Marketing and PR said, ‘The opportunity to work so closely with Rhys and his team allowed for a deep understanding of the businesses core values, instilling a strong brand strategy which in turn represents the company in an excellent way’.

‘It was amazing to work with a such a creative client, that wasn’t scared to challenge the norms of brand where no design form is restricted, or off limits’ Potter continued.
